Born and raised around Boston, then migrating to Arizona in 2003, Melissa left public accounting to enter industry. With time in the healthcare, print & publishing, and automotive verticals, she has spent more than a decade working in private equity and venture capital-backed companies building teams, developing processes, and positioning organizations for growth.
Spending time with her family and pets gives her energy. When not at the ice rink for hockey, Melissa is a voracious reader and finds her happy place on a comfy couch, with a warm blanket and a good book.
Having participated in acquisitions, integrations, and exits, she brings her extensive finance, accounting, and human resources background to the table as the Chief Financial Officer at Accrual Equity Partners.
