Brady brings a wealth of experience to his role as Founder and Managing Partner at Accrual Equity Partners. Since 2004, he has been the President and CEO of National Business Brokers, the largest new car dealership brokerage firm in the country. He is an expert in the retail automotive industry, with 33 years of experience personally handling more than 450 dealership M&A sales.
He is a partner in four dealerships located in Southern California and Oahu, Hawaii (Dealer Principal in three), and a licensed real estate agent in California, Washington, and Florida. Brady also serves on the Board of Hyundai Hope on Wheels, the Regional Dealer Council for Hyundai, and on the Board of Petra Cares.
Residing in Irvine, California, Brady is married to wife Traci, and they have a daughter, Kendall, and three sons, Cameron, Carson, and Preston.
